HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Submit Your Application
Start by submitting your application. Please allow 2 business days for review. Once I confirm we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an invoice via email to complete your payment, followed by a second link to fill out the detailed client form. Please see below for an example application.
Please note that submitting an application does not automatically secure your spot.

Step 2: SUBMIT FINAL MATERIALS ON TIME
To keep your Keepsake Box on schedule, your completed client form and final Pinterest moodboard must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your start date. This gives ample time to review everything thoroughly and reach out if any clarification is needed.

Step 3: Make Your Selections
Sourcing will begin over the following weeks. Once your keepsake box is near completion, a preview video of your pieces will be sent for you to make final selections.

IMPORTANT INFO
There is a zero-tolerance policy for late submissions. If materials are not submitted by the deadline, your Keepsake Box will be canceled and you’ll receive a shop credit (not valid on consignment items). Refunds will not be issued.
This policy exists out of respect for both our time. When you reserve a spot, I commit a dedicated window to source specifically for you. Missing the deadline means not only losing that time but also taking a spot away from someone else who could have booked.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking for both memberships and a la carte boxes, and will be sent via email in the form of an invoice. This secures your spot even if booking months in advance and ensures I have the funds to source for your future boxes throughout the year.

Domestic shipping is included. All parcels will ship US ground postage with full insurance coverage if lost, stolen or damaged in transit. You may upgrade to 2-3 day Priority shipping for an additional fee; please reach out for a quote.

Yes! Postage will depend on package weight and final destination. Please reach out for a quote. Duties are the responsibility of the client.

Yes. You can pay through AfterPay (4 biweekly installments) or set up a custom payment plan with me. My plan requires a larger upfront deposit, with the remainder split over the next 3 months. I’m happy to work with you to find a plan that fits.

YES! You’ll be sent a “preview” video of all the pieces I’ve curated just for you with item description & measurements so you can make an informed decision on your final selections. While I may communicate with you in real time while I’m sourcing if you like/dislike an item, this isn’t typical. I always source extra items so you have plenty of options to choose from. You are expected to choose all of your items from the preview. If you cannot fulfill your Keepsake Box from the items I’ve sourced for you, I will source replacements and provide a second preview for an additional fee. The fee will depend on how many pieces need to be resourced.

While I generally model a select few pieces for every Keepsake Box, sending try-on photos is not guaranteed.

I source a mix of vintage and modern, so please expect some modern preloved pieces in your box, especially if we're trying to achieve a certain aesthetic. I generally avoid fast fashion, but from time to time will pick up a quality piece from brands like JCrew, Zara, Madewell, Banana Republic, etc if it meets my standards and your fashion goals.

Upgrading from a biannual to quarterly membership is possible if my schedule allows. Since my calendar fills up quickly, I recommend choosing your preferred option when applying.

Yes! For an additional fee of $40/accessory, you can swap accessories for full clothing pieces.

All Pieces Are Sourced Secondhand
Every item in your box is hand-picked locally, secondhand, and curated just for you. I work with a fixed budget that prioritizes quality, intentionality, and style. Please keep in mind that I’m working with what’s available to me locally.
Style vs. Statement
While I absolutely aim to include unique vintage pieces that reflect your moodboard and personal style, not every item will be a bold, show-stopping statement. Keepsake Boxes are designed to fill gaps in your wardrobe, so you can expect a thoughtful mix of elevated basics and standout vintage.
If your expectation is that every piece will be extravagant or editorial, this service may not be the right fit. My approach is rooted in practicality, wearability, and timeless style, not maximalist styles or trend-driven fast fashion looks.
Style Specialty
Please note that I do not specialize in vintage denim, vintage graphic tees, athleisure, bridal, maximalist styles, or bold color palettes. If those are at the core of your personal style, this service likely isn’t the right fit.
I curate elevated pieces that blend timeless elegance with everyday versatility. My expert eye ensures each find exudes quiet luxury, offering effortless style and enduring quality. I gravitate toward neutral tones with the occasional pop of color, clean lines, minimalist silhouettes, and timeless pieces that stand the test of time. I love working with clients who appreciate a refined, understated aesthetic.
Previews & Fulfillment Policy
Clients are expected to fulfill their Keepsake Box from the first and only preview provided. Your preview includes more pieces than necessary to give you flexibility in choosing your final selections.
If you’re unable to fulfill your box due to overly selective preferences, I can continue sourcing for replacements, however, this will incur an additional fee, based on how many pieces need to be re-sourced.
Why? Because I’ve set aside dedicated time and inventory for your project. Once your preview is built, those pieces are held exclusively for you, often for weeks, while I finalize your box. Going back to the drawing board pulls time and energy away from other clients and adds unplanned labor.
Every Keepsake Box is curated with care and intention, so this issue isn’t the norm!
Managing Expectations
If you tend to be highly particular about fit, fabric, or finish, or require try-ons before purchase, this service may not be the right fit for you. Continuum Keepsake Boxes work best for clients who value conscious style over perfection and are open to the nature of secondhand discovery.
Condition & Quality
Each item is thoroughly inspected and selected with care. However, given the nature of vintage and secondhand, some items may show minor signs of wear. Any major flaws will be communicated in advance. I do not include pieces with flaws that impact overall quality or wearability unless previously discussed.
Deadline Policy
As outlined in the “How It Works” section, there is a strict deadline for submitting your final client form and Pinterest moodboard. Failure to meet the deadline will result in Keepsake Box cancellation and a shop credit (not valid on consignment). No refunds will be given.
Off Limits
Pieces already listed on the website or featured in a story sale are not eligible for inclusion in Keepsake Boxes. Your box will be sourced specifically with your needs in mind.
For Local Clients
If you’re local, you’re welcome to schedule a fitting at my studio in Tacoma, WA to try on your pieces and make your final selections in person. We’ll coordinate a time that works for both of us as we near your box’s completion. Please note that weekend appointments are typically not available.
